The interview process can be over the phone with a quick arranged telephone call. Kiera keeps it simple and to the point as she asks the most important questions at the beginning. Once you have hired the potential A-team employee, follow the 30, 60, 90-day rule checking in with them periodically to see if they are meeting your expectations as well as their own. If an employee is not meeting your standards, meet with them and discuss how they can improve followed by a trial period. Employees should never be surprised when they are getting fired!
