I have completed many continuing education courses over those years about all things business. I am passionate about what I do, helping teams with communication and intrapersonal issues, driving culture, and helping offices find balance and joy in their lives! My drive is excellence and wanting to make the dental world better.

I have been in the dental field for almost 20 years in both clinical and management roles. I have had the privilege of opening practices from the ground up and recharging and growing already existing offices. 

My passion for dentistry comes from the ability to help patients improve and maintain their oral health while providing a fantastic patient experience. 

I’m an avid learner and continue to grow my knowledge base in all things dentistry and business to help practices become and continue to be successful. I believe with effective leadership, teamwork, and consistent systems any office can thrive and grow!

I started in the dental field 25 years ago while attending college as a dental assistant. Over time, I sparked an interest in business management. During my time as a dental business manager, we hired a dental consultant to come to our practice to help us “level up.” I was so excited to learn and implement what we were taught, and I knew right then that dental consulting was something I was being called to do.

I started as dental consultant in 2006 for Mercer Advisors (Spear Education) and expanded my experience to become a Director of Dental Operations in 2022. I am passionate about teaching and empowering people to be the best versions of themselves. I wholeheartedly believe in coaching and constant learning. Teamwork makes the dream work, and together, I also believe that we can create unimaginable success.

With over 25 years in the dental industry, I have built a career rooted in service, growth and connection. My experience spans both general and specialty practices and I have held a range of impactful roles- from office manager to senior regional director, to consultant with Spear Education.

Through every chapter, my greatest joy has come from supporting teams and helping individuals step into their full potential. I bring a thoughtful steady approach to coaching and leadership. My work focuses on building high performing teams, developing strong leaders and elevating the patient’s experience through operational excellence.
