Here’s how the SAVERS routine works:

  • S = Silence
    Start your day with 1–5 minutes of meditation, breathwork, or prayer to calm your mind.

  • A = Affirmations
    Speak encouraging truths about who you are and what you’re creating. Example: “I am committed to building a practice that brings joy and value.”

  • V = Visualization
    Picture yourself running your dream practice. See the team thriving. Feel the wins—before they happen.

  • E = Exercise
    Even 60 seconds of movement boosts oxygen to the brain and clears mental fog.

  • R = Reading
    Feed your brain with something positive. A page a day compounds fast.

  • S = Scribing (Journaling)
    Write down wins, intentions, and self-love. This is your space to build inner momentum.
