Tips to prep for the CE you need this year
Have you already taken some amazing CE courses that you’ve absolutely loved, or maybe didn’t love but took them this year nonetheless? Today’s chat is all about reminding you to prepare for success in every way possible, this includes making sure you’re doing everything you need to maintain your valuable license.
Some easy ways we’ve seen dentists ensure they’re up to date are:
- Making someone (typically your office manager) responsible for managing your CE calendar and events!
- When and where are you going?
- Are you scheduled for ENOUGH CE? Or do you need more?
- Does the CE you’re getting line up with what you need?
- Take courses that you’re truly interested in and passionate about! You’ve gotta sit through these things, you may as well LOVE what you’re learning!
- Take inventory of what kind of treatment you’re seeing come through your exams
- Is there something that you’re referring out that you’d love to be able to keep in house?
- Not only for gain in production but also because you think you may enjoy that procedure!
- Chat with your colleagues – what are other people taking that they love and can suggest for you too?
